What is an oud sound bath?
تستلقي أو تجلس بارتياح، ويقودك وائل صلاح بتنفّس بسيط، ثم يبدأ العود الحي. نغمات طويلة، وصمت مقصود، ومقام يتحرّك ببطء حتى يهدأ الجسد والذهن.
هذا هو الحمّام الصوتي بنَفَس عربي: صوت دافئ حيّ بدلاً من التسجيلات، ومقامات مثل الصبا والبياتي والحجاز يختارها وائل وفق طاقة المجموعة في اللحظة.
You lie down or sit comfortably, Wael Salah guides a few simple breaths, and then the live oud begins. Long tones, intentional silence and a maqam that moves slowly until body and mind settle.
It is a sound bath with an Arabic soul: a warm, live instrument instead of recordings, with maqams such as Saba, Bayati and Hijaz chosen in the moment to match the room.

It's a calm sound bath — a sound journey with live oud and guided breathing, designed for deep relaxation and a sense of stillness. Many people call this sound healing; we offer it as a live wellbeing experience with an Arabic soul.
كم تستغرق الجلسة؟How long is a session?
عادةً بين 45 و60 دقيقة، وتُعدَّل وفق المكان والمجموعة.
Usually 45–60 minutes, adapted to the venue and group.
ماذا أحضر؟What should I bring?
ملابس مريحة، وماء. نوفّر التوجيه، وتوفّر الجهة المضيفة الحُصُر أو الوسائد عادةً.
Comfortable clothes and water. We guide the session; the host venue usually provides mats or cushions.
