- Live oud in calm maqams, played by Wael Salah.
- Guided breathing and listening that settles the group's pace.

- استراحة 30 دقيقة: تنفّس واستماع لعود حيّ وسط اليوم.
- ورشة 45 إلى 90 دقيقة: الموسيقى والهدوء والتركيز، بمشاركة تفاعلية.
- يوم رفاهية أو يوم فريق: ورشة جماعية وجلسات فردية قصيرة بمقطوعة شخصية.
- سلسلة شهرية أو فصلية ضمن برنامج الرفاهية في مؤسستك.
- أونلاين: ورشة مختصرة للفرق عن بُعد، مع مقطوعات تُرسل لكل مشارك.
- 30-minute break: breathing and live oud listening mid-day.
- 45 to 90-minute workshop: music, calm and focus, with interactive participation.
- Wellbeing day or team day: a group workshop plus short one-to-one sessions with a personal track.
- Monthly or termly series within your wellbeing programme.
- Online: a shorter workshop for remote teams, with tracks sent to each participant.

للشركات والفنادق والسبا والاستوديوهات: 200 درهم للضيف، وتشمل مقطوعة شخصية لكل ضيف. ورش المدارس والجامعات والمجتمع نقدّم لها عرضاً حسب حجم المجموعة والصيغة.

From a 30-minute break to a 90-minute workshop. A full day or a monthly series can also be designed.
هل يحتاج المشاركون خبرة موسيقية؟Do participants need musical experience?
لا. نبدأ بالتنفّس والاستماع، ثم إيقاع وألحان قصيرة يستطيع الجميع ترديدها.
