About Wael Salah | Ruwaydan

My journey with music began with voice and oud, and became teaching. Over the years I taught music in Egypt, Oman, Kuwait and the UAE, and saw how a person's face changes when they find a sound that feels like them.

I founded the Rouh Dubai Choir to bring people together through singing and belonging. Ruwaydan grew from that experience: making each person a piece that respects their taste and their moment, and keeping the music human even when AI helps. That's why I listen to every track myself and finish it on the oud.

Ruwaydan is not therapy, and I hold no health licence. It's a space of calm and beauty that complements your life and your care, never replaces it.
